We booked this hotel for the indoor pool but was very disappointed because the pool was out of order the 4 days we were there. They charged me too much and now I have to call the manager to solve this issue.

Very close to the theme park as we were planning to be there for freight fest! Staff was very kind and amazing.

THE SMELL OF WEED throughout the whole damn building, really ruined it for us due to me having asthma and upon telling staff it didnt seem to do much. They say they dont allow smoking or weed yet its really an apparent smell when people have so why they allowed anyone with weed to check in idk.
Sheets had precious blood stains on them and damage on the walls not to mention bugs in the windows between the screen and glass.

Friendly and very helpful staff. I wasnt sure how to work the temperature controlled furnace and shared that with the front desk manager. He was attentive and right away came to the room and showed me what to do.

Friendly cleaning staff and the room was clean. Thank-you. The couch was material that didnt seem that clean though There was one tissue box and two trash bins. I just wouldve liked a couple more in the rooms. All was fine though!
