Negatives:
I couldn’t get room because of age but had already booked online through booking.com. The hotel then tells me that that has nothing to do with them and I have to contact booking.com. When I contacted booking.com they told me the hotel has to accept a cancellation request. Then I called the hotel again and was told they didn’t receive one from booking.com and to contact them which I had already done previous. Still have that charge on my account and did not receive refund.

The staff was very friendly, & HONEST. I left my wedding ring there & as soon as I called the front desk lady went to the room I was in & looked for it & found it! Also, the breakfast was amazing!

Close to the freeway, lots to do around the area, rooms were pretty recently updated and looked nice.
Negatives:
It's been 3 days and I still haven't had my deposit returned, the pool closed for everyone at 10 and there wasn't time for just adults. There's a lot more but the character limit won't allow me to list it all.

Real Dirty and we found bugs my kids where getting attacked and the hot tub was out of order
