Good news! Before Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Apr 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Apr 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 18, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).
