Positives:
Location quiet and secluded. Bed and bedding were excellent. Clean.
Negatives:
The parked lot had an abandoned vehicle. Lot needed paving. Also did not have amenities advertised in the elevator. I asked for a deck of cards and was told by the attendant no. Unacceptable. The tub also had an extremely slow drain.

Positives:
Bed was comfortable, nice bathroom set up. Very clean. Provided pots and pans and utensils, also plates, bowls cups and glasses. Had a dish washer and really nice electric stove top that worked great.
Sufficient workout equipment in the weight room. Washers and dryers.
Negatives:
I would probably give it a 9 or 10 but the fact that it seemed like either the cops or an ambulance was there every other night was an issue for me.
