Positives:
Nice and clean. Noisy because of planes going over head ( but to be expected near the airport ).
Negatives:
Tried to charge us for breakfast even though it was included in booking. Was awkward. Staff just not very nice in general. Very unfriendly to us. They wanted £2 for a water bottle that they just gave the guys in front of us for free.

The hotel was very dark, dingy, and dirty. Not a convenient location. Very dark surroundings inside and outside hotel. Looks and feels more like a truckers motel. Not suitable for Double tree name. Staff not too friendly. Hallways and elevator dirty
