After Thursday, Jun 1st, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. Positives: The driver of the shuttle very freindly!!

Negatives: We arrived around 11pm and there were nobody on front desk, the lady took 40 minutes to return from (who knows?).... and we were feeling tired. So, the check-in could be faster.

Positives: The room was so spacious and very comfortable for a family. We enjoyed the facilities, the pool was clean and warm enough for kids to splash for an hour. Everything was very clean. We also enjoyed a lot the quality and the selection at breakfast.

Negatives: the breakfast was no so good, some products were off table from the middle time breakfasts and no one added these products (such as boiled eggs, yogurt, banana). also no laundry room at hotel made some problems for my family to stay long period at hotel, n ed to instal laundry
