we asked a higher floor but got 2nd floor right next to elevator. There are late check in people and children ran and shouting in the hallway even after might night. The water or heater are very loud, it went off across night when neighbors upstairs using toilet and shower. Check out rule is not clear, and not staff at desk during morning hour when several people waiting to checkout.

I appreciated the free breakfast, but would have liked them to have almond or soy milk as an option. The room was a nice size. The encounters with the staff were very pleasant. The actual bed was very comfortable. We felt safe.
Negatives:
The carpet in the room was in need of a deep cleaning. The sofa bed is horrible. The mattress is soo thin and worn out, you can feel the bars underneath. I would have liked a bigger bathroom, where there was room for the sink to actually be inside the bathroom. The breakfast area could use something to block the door from the outside weather. While seated and eating, Everytime someone came in or left out we were hit with the cold outside air. At one point people were standing in front of the door talking, causing it to constantly open and close.

The cleanliness of the room. Quick check in. I was satisfied with the direct TV offerings.
Negatives:
I wasn't aware that I would end up with a room that had no bathtub. (It was unclear on the website) Breakfast was non existent along with the staff. All of the plates were gone and I couldn't find anyone to give me one. I ended up leaving to get breakfast elsewhere.

Breakfast was a bit late coming out. Seating area for breakfast is limited and basically in the lobby. They were busy and so it was a little awkward trying to find seating to eat while simultaneously there were other guests taking up space simply waiting for their rides.
