The breakfast was the only decent thing. You’d think Hyatt would provide better than a basic holiday inn…. Nope.
Negatives:
Asked for a 50 dollar deposit. Been over 2 weeks since I have yet to receive my deposit back so I will dispute the transaction. Seems like they need the money considering their is barely people staying at this hotel.

I had a bug in my room on the bed. I told the staff and they put me in another room. But I feel that wasn’t enough .When I got there I was put in the wrong room. So basically in 2 days I was in 3 rooms.

The hotel is well situated and our suite was spacious. There was a diverse breakfast every morning.
Negatives:
The room was clean, but rather worn. There's mildew in the shower and dust on the baseboards. We couldn't really use the kitchenette because the faucet was dirty. The walls were thin, so although the area was quiet, you could hear other families or cleaning staff.

Rooms look nothing like the pictures on the internet. The hotel needs a lot of updating. Halls are very dim, dingy and old looking. It reminded me of the hotel on American Horror Story. The rooms are a decent size but the bathroom was extremely small. The smallest bathroom I have ever seen in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Again, the lighting in the rooms and bathrooms were extremely dim. The room itself wasn't really that clean. They charge you a $50 deposit daily. Thats kind of ridiculous for a hotel that's in the type of condition that this hotel is in. The location was great but not good enough for me to ever book again. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that were 10x better than this one for a cheaper price. It definitely was not worth it.
