Positives:
The location was close to the highway. They have laundry facilities on the property.
Negatives:
I had to clean the room when I arrived because it felt dirty. My son was bitten by bed bugs. The staff rushed us out soon as check out time arrived even though we were waiting for our ride to arrive several minutes past 11. Like 11:07. They were rude.

Was not informed of the 25 dollar per pet per night fee. Was also not told on booking.com nor when I checked in that the pool was broken and that is the whole reason I went there. I would have paid half the price somewhere else with no pool. My family was very very dissapointed. All night long people slamming doors. Waking up to kids screaming at 5 am which I have video of. Dogs barking all day.
