I didn't like check-in when the front desk clerk said, "We do not allow parties, even though we already have one." He then proceeded to put us in the room across the hall from that said party. The girls parting, screaming, running in halls, and from room to room were completely disrespectful and should have been shut down immediately! Not allowed to proceed until 2 am! The fan on the heater didn't blow, so we couldn't even try to drown out the noise. The pool was "out of order" or closed, I'm guessing, because of the million teenagers running all over. I overslept obviously because the night was seriously disrupted and showed up to breakfast 10 minutes before close and was denied any refills of the empty containers because they were getting ready to close. This was an awful experience. The front desk clerk knew it was going to be awful and let it happen anyway. Hello..."No parties allowed" means shut it down!! Not warn the other people who have a nonrefundable stay booked.
