Hi, I had a king room with a sofa bed, both tvs did not work for the entire 2 day stay, I've stayed at this property multiple times, not having working tvs is ridiculous, staff was great, room was very clean, no tv is unacceptable, + every time your pool is too cold to use, hot tub is nice, pool water is too cold to use, sure it looks nice , but no one uses it because it's too freaking cold, again, ridiculous, this is entirely correctable.
Negatives:
My room had 2 tvs that had no connection for over 2 days, ridiculous. Furthermore, your pool water is too cold to use, looks nice, not usable.
