The location was convenient
Negatives:
The staff/management was not accommodating nor helpful when they put me in the wrong room without a fridge and microwave. The manager isn’t available until after 7pm and his only way of “compensation” was moving me to a new room on my last night at 8:30 pm so I’d have a room with a fridge and microwave for 12 hours. That was the only solution to compensation towards this very unpleasant and inconvenient mishap on their behalf and on bookings behalf. Very disappointed.

Highway noise. I did not request a room change though. Did discuss with staff and she explained it perfectly to me. If I come back will request quiet room.
