The check-in person in the late afternoon was wonderful, and the room size was perfect for my family of five.
Negatives:
The bed sheets were quite dirty, with visible grey dirt as if they had not been washed properly. The evening staff was also not very polite. When we asked for additional bedding for the pull-out sofa, they seemed reluctant to give us what we needed. Moreover, when we requested more pillows, they informed us that the hotel had run out of pillows and advised us to stuff a towel inside a pillowcase.

The property and price were nice.
Negatives:
Most of the staff were nice. After an altercation with a few members of my party. I decided we should leave and separate them so they could cool off. However, when everybody was calm and returned to the property, the staff member refused to let us back in our room. This resulted in a six hour drive back to Ohio at night after a long day of work. On the way to Ohio, some of the party was involved in a serious car accident. Luckily, everybody survived, but they were seriously injured.

The front desk woman was so sweet and so understanding. Truly, the only highlight and positive note of this property.

Everything. The room was disgusting. There were signs about theft outside. It smelled strange inside. There was apparently another guest who had bed bugs.
