The room, it was suppose "not smoke" room but as soon I opened the door the smell of smoke it was really strong, the room was dirty, they didn't clean it well

It was grimey and filthy. Greasy dirt on the baseboard, dirt on the floor, dirt inside the sheets. Things were rusted and in poor repair. Even the tub was dirty.The room was dingy.
