Positives: the hotel was right off Route 80. I was welcomed by staff and the room/grounds were clean. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. My dog was welcome with no extra annoying charge and the rate was already very reasonable. The AC was cold and the showers were hot!

Positives: The bed was comfortable.

Negatives: The overwhelming smell of disinfectant. Smelled like insecticides. Everything had a sticky film and the bathroom was filthy. The towels and bedding had a starchy bleach scent. Holes in the bathroom door, cigarette burn in the comforter, well water smell that was hard and cloudy, faulty wiring, people walking around outside all night, broken latch lock on main door and dirty, slick floors. It was horrible. I couldn't sleep at all. The smell gave us a bad headache.
