It was pretty dirty. I had to wear shoes the entire time I was inside because even after they cleaned the room, a bunch of nasty crunchy stuff would end up on the bottom of my feet if I didn't wear my shoes.

I got to sleep in a room, instead of my car (I'm traveling), and take a shower.
Negatives:
No coffeemaker - no coffee, period.
Water was tepid at the hottest setting.
Elevator smelled like cigarettes had been smoked in it for 30 years straight. Entire second floor smelled of feces.
