After Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: It's a very good location off eway! And Natasha, one of the front desk staff members, is really the best staff member on the team there in my opinion. She was very insightful and made feel like I was very important just by listening to and things that I didn't like and she made changes without any hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful stay and would definitely come back if needed.

Negatives: The side doors lock and didn't open after a certain time with the key. Making me walk all the way to the front entrance.

Negatives: I didn’t like that I reserved and paid ahead of time and when I got there the staff said they didn’t have a 2 beds. And I had to let him know that I had kids and he said he will find a 2 bed so he did!!! It said 2 queens beds and I had full size not queens. On Saturday the a staff came to my room and complained about my child rolling a chair over the floor and above me it was someone running and I didn’t complain. I had to leave early and I’m still waiting on my refund from the day I didn’t stay!!!
