Staff very friendly. Free breakfast

It was close to where I needed to be and it had a vacancy to allow me to stay.
Negatives:
Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. I was not permitted to change rooms to avoid the smoke and was told to "just open a window". It was 40 degrees and they then wouldn't give us extra blankets. Then they billed me $100, claiming that I was the smoker.
Positives:
It was quiet It didn't have bed bugs The staff upon check in was friendly. She gave me a room close to the dog area as I originally was on the other end of the building.
Negatives:
Floor in room was visibly dirty. Sink was slow to drain. Remote to TV was filthy. There was dust on every surface. Coffee machine dispensed dirty brown flakes into my cup when trying to get hot water for tea Freezer had thick frost with brown spot
