We don't like bedbugs, bed had them all over.To many what appeared to be homeless hanging around lobby and outside entry door. Another room they offered us smelled real bad . We had too leave the property and hope that we can get reimbursed

Positives:
Friendliness of owner at check in and accommodating manner at late check in. It was clean and the hot shower was great. Bed was comfortable and once I figured out how the AC worked, it was all good! Also, was quiet, no one running up and down the hallways.
Negatives:
The towels in the bathroom were OK, but could have been more absorbent. Also, a floor mat or towel getting out of the shower would have been nice. Had a little trouble with the closet door, but nothing major. Also, light in the room was a little dim.

It was close to where we needed to be, and the beds were clean. Only upsides!

Seemed like a transient hotel. Strange people in and out. No staff at front desk upon arrival or departure. Had to call them on our phone. At departure no one showed up even after calling. Waited 15 minutes and just left my key. If I was alone,I would not have stayed here at all. Pool was still covered, in JULY, elevator did not work. The lobby was full of video gaming machines; no place to get even a cup of coffee. Entire place smelled musty, and honestly looked abandoned. Luckily, was just there to sleep and take a quick shower. Found an old 12 pack of empty beer cans in my room when arrived. Just a basic hot, hot mess!

We have been returning to our honeymoon suite here for 6 years and its sentimental for us, weve always loved how that room was decorated and the huge hot tub

Theres been a lot of damage done to that beautiful room! The divan is broken, scuff and scratch marks on the walls. Such a shame!

Another person walked right in front of us while checking in. If we wouldn't have stepped out of the way they would have been standing on my feet. Wanting soap for rooms. And they ran out of soap. For the price we paid we would have expected a bed that wasn't so old. Fitted sheets and furniture that the upholstery wasn't peeling off of. The whole place reeked of Marijuana. Evidently the no smoking policy doesn't apply to the permanent residents there. And only applies to cigarettes. The towels were stained bad. And the hallways were gross.

It's a nice little place to stay at. The front desk person was very welcoming and nice. If he sees you around he's asking if all is OK. Etc. Our room was clean and well kept.
Negatives:
I stayed here 2 days as I went to check on the guys who are working for me. But, ultimately I booked this one because it had a pool/ laundry onsite. I figured they can atleast go for a swim after a long day and they have laundry there since they'll be there for a week and some days. However, they are out of service. So that was a bummer.
