Positives:
The room was very large, clean, plenty of space with two televisions. Swimming pool is very huge and the seating area is very accommodating. Breakfast was the best I ever had at a hotel. Everything was very organized, tasty & plentiful.
Negatives:
Front desk male couldve been more welcoming. A jacuzzi would be an added bonus if you could install one. Swimming pool water temperature could be warmer.

The staff were okay, I feel they could have been a bit more interactive. The breakfast was a bit of a mess, the staff were slow bringing refills of food out.
I think that there should be 2 waffle batter containers one on each side. Would make the process a bit easier.

This hotel is in a cute neighborhood with a nice lake and pretty places to walk. The staff is friendly, helpful and kind. The parking on-site was free and easy. 1 hr north of Chicago but so worth it! Safe location!!! Nice breakfast! 2 bedroom suite was roomy and comfortable.
