Positives: Bedding and towels were superb. Staff responded quickly with items that were missing or needed repair in the room. There was no iron with the ironing board. Two lamps had bulbs that were burned out.
Negatives: Rather than opening to the lobby, the first floor elevators are at the opening of a hall of guest rooms. The stone floor and walls by the elevators create a resonance chamber that guides people's voices right down the hall to sleeping guests.

Positives: We liked everything about this hotel, room was very clean, staff was friendly, restaurant had buffet style breakfast ,no complains.
Negatives: The only thing we were very disappointed , room didn't had any fridge. Anywhere we stayed before, we always had at least small fridge but not here. My husband diabetic and he need keep his insulin refrigerated all the time. Fridge should be must .

Positives: Very clean and quiet due to low volume of guests. Good procedure for using the pool and gym in a COVID Safe manor.
Negatives: Hot tub closed due to COVID regulations and rooms weren't cleaned or serviced during COVID; seems to be most hotels. Would be nice for them to do something to make the stay special since even the restaurant was barely open.
