Positives:
Breakfast was delicious! Would have preferred to have actual plates/serving ware instead of paper plates and plastic utensils as it made our meal a little messy and hard to cut, other than that we had no complaints! Hotel was clean, bed was comfy, and the staff was kind.

The plates/utensils during breakfast were paper/plastic, would have been easier with actual serving ware.

At 3:30 in the morning it sounded like staff members were in the hall talking and laughing loudly. At first sounded like people yelling but then changed to laughing.

The staff was very friendly, the room was fairly clean, breakfast had a good selection.
Negatives:
The pool was closed for maintenance and we were not told before our stay. When your booking a hotel to stay with kids that’s one the things we’re looking for and a major thing we like to use.
