I got the hotel for the pool and the staff told Me it was opened prior to booking but even arriving and looking for the pool the staff said it has been scheduled to be closed that day. My room Was also dirty still Had someone else' hair in the tub

Parking charge of $12.50 a night. Had I known, I would have stayed at the Naperville location where parking is free. Ran out of scrambled eggs one day and next day out of sausage patties by 8a. Way too early to run out of main breakfast items.

The pool was really an issue at times. NOT clean. The hot tub also had unsafe levels of chlorine and every time someone would turn it on everyone would start coughing incessantly. Also people eating chips in the pool...like 25 bags of them!

Paid parkingno reason to have to pay for parking here. Its not in the city and you wouldnt need to park in their lot, unless you were staying at the hotel. They need to change this!

I am not used to paying for parking at a hotel like this. I thought the room price was a great value but never expected to pay for parking. The only time I have paid for parking at a hotel is when it is in downtown area, not in this type of location.

I'm disabled soo it was difficult to use the pool since it had a ladder instead of walk-in steps.

Horrible sewage smell in our bathroom.It appeared that there was some sort of leakage in the tile grout next to the toilet, as floor was always wet in this area. The smell increased each day of our stay.It was brought to the attention of the front desk.
