Location was perfect. Hotel was clean.
We reserved 2 rooms. One with 2 Queens and another King corner room. The room with 2 queens for our adult kids was great but our room wasnt ready until after 330 and we were told the previous night was busy. Thats not our fault. We were really tired of waiting around. Then they switched our room to a different floor (805) and Im not sure we received a corner room like we paid for but we were told our room wouldnt be ready until after 4pm. So we finally checked in and then couldnt open the room safe. It was locked closed. Not the best value.
Negatives:
When we went to the pool, whirlpool and sauna area, the whirlpool was almost filled with children under 12. So we had to wait for them to clear out. We came back later to use the sauna and it wasnt working. It wouldnt turn on. Other guests said they called the front desk and were told its working fine. We tried going back in the morning and it was still broken. So disappointing. Room wasnt ready until 4 then the sauna was broken the entire time.
