Positives: Front desk staff was nice enough to offer a second room after I found crumbs and hair in my bed. But I still Won’t ever stay again.
Negatives: Our bed had crumbs and hair in it so clearly it had not been changed down to the sheets. The bathroom had long black hair in the floor and was not cleaned properly. We had to switch rooms after I had unpacked. Definitely will NOT stay here again.

Positives: Staff at the check-in desk was friendly and professional. Breakfast offerings were generous while also in compliance of pandemic precautions.
Negatives: We had 2 rooms, both with 2 queen beds. In one room, the box springs of one bed was clearly broken badly. The other room had not been cleaned: the toilet was soiled, and soap containers were half empty. Wifi was terrible, even in the center of the hotel.

Positives: The staff was very friendly and enjoyable to chat with while checking in. The room was clean and fresh.
Negatives: None at all. Great place to stay. Will be staying again in the future.
