We had no TV the first night and we really wanted to watch it but they could not give me a discount as they promised they would because it was booked through booking.com. that's just plain ridiculous next time I will get your price and call the hotel myself!!

However when I checked out they said they couldn't do it because I booked it through booking.com. next time I will get the price through booking.com and call the hotel myself to book. The lady at the breakfast area was extremely rude to me and my kids. Didnt acknowledge us even after we said good morning. Our room: pulled out the sofa sleeper and saw something in the back. Reached in (big mistake) to find soiled clothes under so i slept on the couch. The next night my 1yr old was crawling around and found a pill on the entertainment center. The pool was ice cold the kids got in and got right out. I have stayed here in the past have never had an experience this bad. I will probably chose a different hotel on my next stay.
