Disappointed when a clogged toilet was not addressed after reporting it to the front desk in the morning. I thought in the 6-7 hours I was out it would have been fixed. Apparently, there is no maintenance there on Saturdays? I find that strange when things like this happen 7 days a week.

We were not aware that this was a pet-friendly hotel. The first room we were given was not clean. There was a large smeared area on the floor and what looked like animal feces by the tub in the bathroom. The room had a funky odor as well. We were moved to the third floor and the room was much better. The girl at the front desk was very helpful.

only booked this hotel because they had breakfast available and a pool. called to confirm both before booking. when we arrived we discovered the pool was closed… went to eat breakfast the next morning and the food was cold and just tasted so old. our toilet overflowed multiple times and one of the towels in our bathroom were dirty when we unfolded it to use it. overall wasn’t a pleasant weekend as planned. definitely not worth the price in my opinion

Positives:
Our mini-suite was very clean and comfortable. We were pleased with the separate sitting area, which was actually a different room from the bedroom. I'm often awake late, and my husband was able to sleep while I could read in comfort in the sitting area. We brought some snacks and water and were glad to be able to keep them in the mini-fridge. Breakfast was plentiful and quite good.
Negatives:
We really had no complaints. If I really want to nitpick, the yogurt at breakfast was not to my liking, but there was nothing wrong with it; it was just not a brand or type I enjoy.
