Excellent stay with just a...
Positives:
We did not have the breakfast but was surprised about the included dinner, snacks, sodas and adult beverages that were included in the price. there was quite a selection and they were actually very flavor full. The lobby provided a very comfortable and laid back atmosphere and the vaulted ceilings with and light fixture was very stunning.
Negatives:
the case goods used in the room were clean and in good condition but they were too dark for my taste, also the TV in the room could stand to be larger.

Positives:
The breakfast buffet was adequate except for the fact that there was no coffee. The hotel had a water ban and therefore we were told after checking in that we needed bottled water to brush our teeth or make coffee in out room. I would have thought the staff could have taken a couple of gallons of water and made coffee for the buffet. One of our party had a cut on their leg and was advised via local health department, not to shower with a boil order in place - not showers also
Negatives:
Wish that we would have been told when we booked or checked in about the boil water hour and we could have gone on to the next Drury Inn which was a little over an hour away

Positives:
We were in town to view the eclipse and this hotel was in the center of the shadow. There are many restaurants all in walking distance. The free breakfast was better than expected with plenty of selections and freshly cooked.
Negatives:
The evening kickback was crowded, lacked seating and offered low quality drinks. The elevators were small and very slow. The in room coffee pot was a single serve with styrofoam cups. The windows were filthy inside and out. One of the exits led directly to parked cars which could be a safety issue.

I liked the Drury Inn very much. It was exactly what we needed for our short trip up north.
Negatives:
I would say I was a bit shocked at the price gouging for the eclipse! We paid almost $600 a night. I'd say that's a bit high for an eclipse.

Comfortable bed. The staff went out of their way to make the eclipse visit a special one. They aim to please. Very clean, comfortable bed. The free drinks, dinner, and breakfast sets this hotel brand apart. I enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast was great! Wished it would have opened at 630 rather than 7 on the Saturday. But loved it! Bonus with the free drinks and meal when we got in after a long drive! Husband said we must book again when coming back from Florida!
