There are cockroaches and none of the outside doors seemed to lock which allowed anyone entrance at anytime. Pool heater is not working so water was freezing cold.

Everything at that hotel was awful — it was so gross just being there. The first thing my son said when we arrived and paid $77 was, “What is that smell, Dad?” It was disgusting! And the room was even worse. As soon as we opened the door, flies flew into the room. I was there with my family and two kids! We couldn’t stay more than 10 minutes.
We went to check the pool, and it was filthy! I’m never going back there. We literally ran away from that place just 10 minutes after paying and seeing everything.
I’m seriously thinking about filing a complaint, because the pictures and ratings said it would be a great experience — but for us, it was the worst experience we’ve ever had.
Give me my money back!
