Employees were nice but we had to walk away from our reservation after about 10 min and stay somewhere else. That's a first for us in many years of travel. It was really impressive how dirty this place is. Please don't bring kids here. I don't know how i missed the reviews, i think I mixed it up with Google which uses a 5 star scale whereas bookings it's based on a scale of 10... the 4 it has is being generous.

The room was super dirty, it smelled bad, then bathroom was not cleaned, there was used soap in the tub and hair. Everything was sticky. I had to spray the room with air freshener just to stand it. The hot tub had brown water in it and was not open, the pool was ice cold, the workout room was locked.

Pool not heated, room 111 cramped with one chair only. Could have been second chair by window for comfort. Then in room 205 which we were switched to it was much nicer and not so cramped.

Room 111 had a refrig that leaked all over. No screen in the windows. The toilet seat was very loose. People not paying for a room we're roaming the halls. I will not recommend this place. Nothing actually would make me stay again.

We had stayed only one night because the second night we had a rat in our room. We asked for a refund and never got it

Our room was so dirty right at check in. Dried cat urine and feces on the bathroom floor. The floors throughout the room were not recently mopped. Our remote for the tv had no batteries and our tv only played 2 channels. Maintenance was not kept up on things throughout the building and room. Roaches and bedbugs/fleas.
