Stop charging for a pool that hasnt worked since Covid and stop telling me it will be fixed in October! Ive been there 3/4 times since Covid and it still a bad excuse. And then you want me to pay for wifi? Lol do better at cleaning and maint.

The receptionist was awesome. The facility was very clean.
Negatives:
I was informed after check in the pool and hot tub were out of order. At breakfast, which was slightly warm, I overheard the employee in the dining area say, "I am not going to put additional food out". This was at 730. Very poor attitude.
