When I walked in my room, there were 3 used roach fogger spray cans in my room. The room smelled, there weren't any towels, the shampoo, conditioner containers were empty and the toilet didn't work. Maintenance came in and worked on the toilet. The large sign outside said newly renovated, but that not true. The carpeting is old and the plugs in the wall didn't work.

We were in the middle of an ice storm with no power or heat in our home, so we booked a room, received a confirmation number, and the funds were taken off my credit card, just to drive all the way there to be turned away and left to return home to a freezing cold with no power or heat and 10 degree weather. I will NEVER stay at the quality Inn & Suites in Marion Illinois

Negatives:
We paid extra for a non-smoking room but as soon as we walked in the room there was a strong smell. I think it was used for a smoking room in the distant past, but the carpet hadn't been replaced. The carpet was also dirty.
