Negatives: It wouldnÂ't have been such a bad experience if the room was cleaner-the chair in the room had gross stains on it-really needed to be thrown away Behind the dresser was disgusting

Negatives: Hotel was filthy. Dirty stained white carpets through out. Smell of mold and mildew. My room was only half cleaned. Garbage from previous guest/s in spots of the room made me feel like it wasnt cleaned properly. Tv kept losing signal, sink drain broke.

Positives: The team member at the front desk was so kind and just very great to work with.
Negatives: The hotel itself is not in great repair, appeared very outdated and rundown. I struggled to feel comfortable with the condition of the carpets, bedding, etc.

Negatives: Very dingy hallways, smells musty. Rooms were standard , definitely cheaply furnished. 2 beds , 1 soft and 1 hard. , totally different beds. I didnÂ't like that you had to have a suite for a microwave. We are here for another week and microwave needed

Positives: Location was good. You can walk to Cracker Barrel restaurant next door. This hotel is making renovations to make it better.
Negatives: My room was definitely not the cleanest as pretty sure the top cover had not been washed. The woman at front desk who I assume to be in management position wasnÂ't very pleasant. However maybe she was having a bad afternoon.

Positives: Nice job in providing to go breakfast. Most places IÂ've been staying have done nothing to replace. Working appliances (fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer)
Negatives: The chair upholstery so gross/filthy, I laid down a towel before sitting down. They specifically picked this room (check w/housekeeping) next to ongoing construction. 3 sets of holes left from previously installed shower rod showed history of neglect.
