Positives:
Location was perfect for us. It was a stopover for a cross country trip. This hotel was easy on/off the highway. It was close to restaurants; and the breakfast was hot, delicious and filling! The staff was the PREMIER ASSET to this hotel. From the front desk clerk who treated us like we were VIP guests, to the steward managing the breakfast bar with such obvious pride! We will definitely stay here again!!

There was a lot of road/traffic noise. This can't be remedied so I don't feel it's worth mentioning really..

GREAT STAFF Comfy accomodations!
Positives:
Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a mix up with my booking through booking.com where the hotel thought I was arriving a day earlier than I booked, even though my confirmation from booking.com showed my correct dates. They were still able to accommodate my reservations but in a queen room vice the king room I had originally booked. It worked out well in the end. Place is nice and quiet.

Good location. Our group was allowed to have a get-together in the evenings at a breakfast place to play cards and talk. We came for a wedding and haven't seen each other for years, it was nice to spend time together.

Only one thing, since we booked a room for 4 people, would be nice to have 4 sets of towels without asking.

-+he bed came up to my waist. It was almost impossible for me to get into the bed. I tried falling face-first into the bed, but I could not get a good enough purchase to even try to climb and crawl onto it. I was not able to get on it with a running start. Fortunately, there was a footrest for the chair, and that is what I finally was able to use. I was tired and just wanted to go to bed, it turned into a 20-minute ordeal. I almost checked out, but I was just too tired. I thought I would have to sleep in the chair. I looked at what was under the bed, and it gave me the creeps. Bodies could be hidden in there.*
