Positives:
Rooms are spacious and beds are big and comfortable.
The walls are a bit thin and I had one couple fighting one night and a man snoring the next. That's not the fault of the hotel, but the walls are a bit thin for my comfort.
Breakfast was good and a decent range of options. There are also some options for snacks but they are limited. There is some liquor available to purchase as well.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is staffed 24/7 which is also good.
Negatives:
The hotel is away from restaurants although there are some a bit of a walk away. The coffee machine in my first room wasn't great, but after I moved I had a better machine. I would have liked better milk or creamer options. Everything else was fine.

The service and room were good. The staff was friendly, and accommodating, the rooms were spacious and clean and not outdated.
Negatives:
Hidden fee: We were not aware that there was a $100 per night hold for incidentals. That was not disclosed when we initially booked the room. Thankfully my boyfriend was with me and had a card to cover it all, but what if I traveled alone and didn't have enough money to cover it all, then what? I would've been stranded. Not good business at all.
Breakfast: The quality of the breakfast was not good. I've stayed there numerous times in the past, and the breakfast was okay. But I can't say that anymore. The eggs were runny the egg toppings were not fresh. The waffles were good.
