No matter what time we came in from our daily excursions we were always welcomed back and asked if we had a good day.

No family friendly, we got to our room and my kids ran to the bed and I immediately got a call about the kids running it was literally 2 minutes after we entered the room.

There was considerable trash and litter. Located behind and next to motel in woody area. Probably not your property, but it should be cleaned up anyway.
In fact, any area of woods or undeveloped land was strewn with litter. All over along rt.30 to the Indiana border.

Good location. Clean rooms, clean bathroom. The surroundings were fine and it feels very safe. People are friendly and front desk was always pleasant to help, stayed for 4 nights and had no problems at all. Also I always check the cleanliness of the bed and it was very clean.
Negatives:
The only bad thing was that the mini fridge had a coffee cup (with coffee) from some other guest, so makes me think they don't clean every little thing after every guest.
