Close to everything we needed, very clean. The housekeeping staff were super friendly, helpful, and attentive. Bar Loui was FUN! Loved the live entertainment.
Negatives:
The desk staff at check in was exceptionally nice, and helpful. The staff at the desk for the rest of our stay seemed annoyed with any requests, or inquiries. As if they didn’t want to be there.

Given the wrong room. Room that we were placed in was dirty. Old sheets and covers. I was in town for my aunts funeral and tried to get dressed. The shower did not work. Was late and missed the funeral, only made it to the burial. Front desk made it like oh well it’s nothing they can do. Only one staff was willing to help and accommodate us

The front desk clerk on checkout day was very rude, the bathtub was clogged with previous guest hair, which was disgusting, and the shower water took an hour to heat up.

A/C didn’t work hardly at all. Took hours to cool off the room. Luckily not too warm outside but heat was on when got into the room. Beds were softer than I like.

The side entry door wasn't secure. Anyone could just walk right in and wouldn't need a card key to get access to the hotel during after hours.
