Positives:
Nothing, we had cigarette burns in our blanket. The second blanket was so old & washed with bleach so much that it wad no longer tacked at the seams. The small refrigerator was rusted out.

We didn't like that we had to go to the front desk to get the remote for the tv, the phone didn't have a phone cord so we can call the front desk, so we had to go down stairs to ask for anything. The white towels had spots on them.

The towels were filthy with hair on it. One of the bedsheets and the cover was dirty. The refrigerator didn't work so my food went bad. They clearly didn check the bathroom thoroughly because there was a used bar of soap in the shower they never replaced.

The smell of the room. It was non smoking, all you could smell was cigarettes smoke.

One member of the hotel staff was ridiculously rude, said it was because I was negative to her(I literally had just finished driving 17 hours and I was tired). No excuse though, customer service really needs a positive attitude upgrade.
