Nothing at all, I woke up at 4:20 AM to something biting me only to find out the bed was infested with bed bugs. I checked out as soon as possible and asked for a refund. The man at the main desk was extremely disrespectful and did not allow me to receive a refund. He said because I have stayed at the hotel for 10 hours which my check out wasn’t till 11AM. Never again will I go to this hotel.
Negatives:
The staff at the main desk told me “are you done talking” with his finger in my face after explaining why I wanted a refund. Was very unprofessional and disrespectful.

The elevator was nasty and the towels were dinghy. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, I've stayed here before they changed owners or management and it was never anything wrong. And I think someone was sleeping in the lobby

Very dirty, reaping sour odor, room was grossly dirty. Chair was filthy black and the bed was horrible. They wouldn’t refund me because of my travel statement. The remote didn’t work and the clock was broken. You can hear EVERYTHING going on in the surrounding rooms.
