Positives:
Guy at front desk answered no questions. One deadbolt lock broken. The other door I had to bump open with my shoulder. The second day I went shopping to find out the staff used my debit card info to pay $39.99 for some academy in Dubai. Cancelled card

I asked too many questions which that bothered the staff. My debit card was used by the staff for Dubai sale. Staff was inconsiderate and unkind. I was not pleased with my stay there at all

Had a terrible experience, I asked the front desk for a different room upon checking in & he said Ill see what I can do. No new room issued until we went to complain about 2 big roaches in our room. Requested a refund was told to call corporate.

the location was the only good part of this Hotel.

when we got there, they wanted a cash deposit of $150.00 you could not stay if you did not pay it. could put it on a card, but it would take 2 weeks to get back, and they prefer cash. I have a lot more to say but you can only put 255 characters on here.

The elevator broke down and was never fixed during my later time there. It was very difficult to get my things down three flights of stairs. I was thankful that the staff did help me to do this.
