Negatives: I chose the ZIP Code that I wanted to stay in and it had me drive 20 miles out of my way for said hotel. Whenever we got there, they said they did not have a hotel room for us. So we had to go searching for nearby hotels for an opening. Very unsatisfied.

Positives: Cleanliness
Negatives: DidnÂ't get the room we requested.Gave us a king when we wanted a double saying they were out of doubles. No not breakfast. Covid is over now. They charge enough to where they need to have a hot breakfast. Was an ok experience. Definitely not great.

Negatives: Hotel is older with dated decore for a Holiday Inn & Suites large gap under door. Carpet needs shampooing. Light out in bathroom.

Positives: The beds were very comfortable. They offered a grab and go breakfast with a lot of options.
Negatives: The floor in our room was sticky. There wasn't a sheet on the pull out sofa bed or any other bedding in the room to use it.

Positives: Very nice room, comfortable beds and very quiet at night. The pool was delightful.
Negatives: Front desk staff are not around most of the time. I think they need more help.

Positives: The hot water for hot chocolate at 10pm
Negatives: I had a razor blade cartridge on the shower floor that i found in the morning when i went to shower, food left in the fridge not by us... When i reported it they had an attitude with me and didnt even ask to see the issues
