Positives: Location the staff did their best they do not control the outside appearance or pool
Negatives: The pool was under maintenance, had heat couldnt get ac to work. Looks like the building was in a storm pillar infront falling down and birds live in it.

Positives: Staff was great.
Negatives: Pool and hot tub were not working. None of that was mentioned when I booked. Was there a month ago and it was down then as well. It should be told to us before booking. Air conditioner didn't work had to have me move rooms. 2nd room air didn't work.
