The beds were ok and pillows amazing. Absolutely amazing pillows.

The staff was rude. She actually turned away a family with a service dog. She was also condicending to my son when she caught a wiff of his cigarette. Telling him there's no smoking in a very rude manner.

staff was ridiculously rude when checking out, i was on calls and scheduling meetings the morning of check out and cleaners were very rude, however i was 13 minutes past check out when i walked out of the room…no excuse for cleaners banging on the door repeatedly screaming check out is at 11 (i made it known i would be out within 10 minutes) and having snarky comments made as i left. for this reason i won’t be back.
