Room was as pictured and clean.
Negatives:
Initially tv did not work in my room. When asked about switching, front desk clerk said he wasn’t sure if it was possible in the system. Asked if he would discount room because of the tv he didn’t know that either. Took a lot of prompting but he finally reached out to the manager and switched out the tv. Issue was resolved satisfactory, but it took entirely too long

The water smelled absolutely awful. I have never smelled water that smelled this bad. It literally smelled like I was showering with pond water. When I brushed my teeth, it tasted like it smelled. The water in the shower was barely warm enough, but the water in the sink was hot. The bed was ok at first, but when I woke up in the morning, it felt like I had slept on a board.

The day we checked in the hotel was just finishing up implementing a new Entertainment TV system! The manager walked us through all the particulars of the system and showed us how everything worked. We stayed there several days looking for a new home in the area.
It was very obvious how dedicated the owners are to making their hotel amazing to every traveler! The care, kindness and attention to detail highlight the owner's dedication to excellence!

The staff were very courteous and helpful..

The presence of a strong aroma from incense or cleaning chemicals was quite overwhelming and caused some discomfort. The breakfast options were limited to small bottles of grape or fruit punch juice, prepackaged chocolate chip or blueberry muffins, granola bars, and coffee. Breakfast was served in the lobby at the check-in counter. Additionally, the bed was rock hard, felt like we were sleeping on a sheet of plywood.
