We went there for the eclipse, and much like every other hotel in the area, prices were outrageously expensive.

The decor is dated. The carpet had some damaged spots that made the room look messy - overall that is nitpicky stuff. The room was comfortable and served its purpose.

We were told that check in that the amount we paid at that time was for absolutely everything. I confirmed it twice with the desk clerk. I had a small service dog with me and the law says, I was not to be charged for that dog. When I made the reservations, I was not informed there was a fee for the dog keep in mind, shes a very small dog. Thats not what is important. When we went to check out, they charged us 4250 for two nights each for the service dog. She told me you signed a waiver, the bed was horrible actually crippling, noise and slamming of doors throughout the night. The thermostat would not go low enough to keep us comfortable. It was hot, both nights so many things to mention, but its pointless because nothing will be done. But I am going to take this up with my bank because the service dog is not supposed to be charged

For a Casino Hotel I expected more. The beds were very uncomfortable, it felt like we were sleeping on a air mattress that was half filled. The shower had no water pressure and it drained super slow. The water also felt like slime when you were trying to get your soap or shampoo out of your hair. The staff were rude at check in. I asked if I could change my payment method and they gave me a attitude because I used a third party site to book the room. I asked one other question and the guy looked at me like I was dumb. They also need more clear instructions on how to get to the hotels main entrance.
