Positives: We lost central air system - for health ready wife needed a cool place to use her sleep machine plus she has pace maker!!!

Negatives: It was disgusting. Unclean and filthy. My wife had to clean our room before we even got settled. The king suite was falling apart. Management was nowhere to be found, and once I got I touch with them their attitude sucked

Positives: The room I booked was unavailable when I arrived. We had no pull out couch as it was told in the room description on site. And we had NOT one trash can in our room. Horrible experience.

Positives: I was on the ground floor & though very spartan with no amenities like coffee or breakfast; I didn't see any bugs or a very dirty room.
Negatives: There was no coffee pot,no coffee at the front & no breakfast of any kind. Someone banged on my door at 10 am.
