The elevator wasnt working. Not complaining as they scheduled a repair but couldnt come until Monday. They offered us rooms on main floor but we wanted adjoining rooms as we had 4 children with us. So we chose to use the stairs.

Breakfast was good. Breakfast hostess was polite. Property reasonably clean.
Negatives:
Front desk clerk couldn't find our confirmed reservation from Booking.com. Told us there were no rooms, and we would have to find somewhere else to stay. I showed her confirmed reservation. She was needlessly abrupt. We had driven 9 hours to come to a funeral. Not a good welcome. We sat down to find another hotel. After a while she found our reservation and apologized and gave us a water for our trouble. She did call the room after we were in it to be sure the room was ok.

I thought the elevator was extremely loud when it binged on opening and closing. Very minor issue , however if my room would have been by the elevator I think it would have bothered me, my room was not close.
