Unfortunately, our AC was not working. It was blowing hot air which crept our thermostat up to 75. We turned it down and left to go to the concert. Upon coming back, our room was 77 degrees. We called the front desk and explained the situation and they said they would reset it and call back in twenty minutes. We called after 20 minutes and the temp was 78. They explained they had no other rooms and unfortunately there were no other hotels with rooms. My husband and I contemplating driving 7 hours back home due to how miserable it was but we stayed. We tossed and turned all night. The temp got up to 80 degrees. Unfortunately the manager was not available during our stay. When we checked out we explained our concerns and was told someone would get in touch with us. I got a notification from my bank that they charged us $30 more for the hotel room than what the actual receipt said. The staff were very friendly, the location is good and it was clean but the ac not working was definitely not an enjoyable experience.

Pool was a little green. And key pass did not work. Should have signs bathing suits are required people were in pool with clothes and regular baby diapers not pool diaper.
