Negatives:
They held $150 for a damage deposit. The room was a disappointment. There wasn't anything worth $150 in the room. Broken dresser, short toilet, and sink. Probably for disabled people. The safe was proped up with a metal pole. None of the top outlets worked. The outside - side doors aren't locked. There were holes in the walls & the tiles were cracked. The lights constantly flickered, and there were 2 missing light bulbs... It was the most ghetto hotel I've been to in quite some time. Definitely don't recommend this hotel.

Positives:
Clean and well kept. Side doors don’t work with key cards as we were told.
Negatives:
Staff when we arrived was very short In patience. No customer service attitude. Staff next day at front desk was exceptional. Had a very bright and positive attitude.
