Positives: very nice touch with very enthusiastic lady preparing omelots for anyone that wanted one....a big plus Gabe Gonzalez....front desk clerk....Great GREAT guy....with the change in ownership the shuttle to the airport that I was promised disappeared....and he offered to get up early next morning and take my wife and I to airport....he was not on duty....the kind of employee that more employers wish they had because he makes the business so much better with his attitude, personality and generosity....give him a raise...
Negatives: NO HOT TUB!!!!! I always try to book lodging with a hot tub...after traveling(sitting) all day it is very relaxing and good for lower back....this was 4th straight motel I booked that had hot tub not functioning...not sure why owners take the approach that hot tubs don't help business because they do...but the new ownership (first week when I stayed) will hopefully get in operating.

Negatives: No shuttle, not particularly clean, they gave us a room that was already booked with people in it and then did not have a suite available for us. Breakfast was minimal.

Negatives: Check in. Soft spoken, unenthusiastic, desk clerk, behind plex-glass? WHY. According to clerk, instructions on card reader were old and outdated ( I think that’s what he was trying to tell me ). His instructions weren’t clear. Took 3-4 tries.

Negatives: The room had a bad smell. The windows wouldn't open. The carpets in hall and room were dirty. There were no whole grains or fresh fruit at breakfast. No chair in room.

Negatives: The first day of check-in we were given the wrong room. I booked a king suite and I got a room with two queen beds. I was told that the hotel was completely booked up that night and I would get the king suite the next day. So when we were spending the day with family the next day we had to come back and pack all of our things back up and change rooms. I was told at the time of check-in that I would be given some type of refund for the problem. The King sweet room that we moved into smelled horribly of like mold and both of the couch and the bed were extremely uncomfortable. I barely got any sleep. It has been like five weeks later and I still have yet to receive any type of refund after calling several times
